Do you only design children’s rooms?
We look at the whole family home together: from the entrance hall through the kitchen and living room to the children’s and parents’ own spaces. We agree the exact scope of the design based on your needs.
Can you design around our existing furniture?
Yes. First we look at what already works well, what can be adapted, and what is worth replacing. The size and condition of the existing pieces are part of the starting point too.
Do we need to know now what the teen room will be like?
You do not need to decide everything in advance. The elements that are hard to move, and the connection points, are worth thinking through for several possible uses. The mood of the room and its smaller furnishings you can shape later, together with your child.
When is the right time to start, and what does it cost?
Before the larger purchases and the building work. We set the fee based on the scope, the floor area and the design detail required. You can find more about our design fees on the studio’s main site; we prepare a tailored proposal after an initial conversation.
